It’s due out in September, 2017.

Requiem for the Tree Fort I Set on Fire, is a full-length collection of poems that address issues pertaining to childhood, adolescence, self-destruction, and self-discovery. It draws on Tim’s experience in many of the places he’s lived.

Yolanda: An Oral History in Verse is the result of Tim’s work in Leyte and Samar, Philippines. He gathered oral histories from survivors of Super-typhoon Yolanda, which, in November 2013, killed over ten thousand. He reconfigured survivors’ statement into poems.

The Portable MFA in Creative Writing is the craft book Tim helmed for New York Writers Workshop. He contributed its introduction and the chapter on fiction. Now in its fourth printing, it’s sold over 30,000 copies and is in use from China and the Philippines to Iceland and all across the USA.
